Our Projects

  • Shreeji Soham – A plot in Sector 20, Ulwe. with Mr. Damodher in Joint venture with a farmer which he had decided to develop as commercial cum residential complex. It was at this juncture that Mr. Mankush joined and they both decided to develop this plot. They both invested mutually decided capital. The project was completed and occupancy given within the agreed time frame. Project started in the year 2011 and completed in the year 2013. This residential cum commercial complex was build on a 400 sq. Mtrs. Plot. The total saleable area developed was 14400 sq. ft. Out of which 2150 sq.ft. was commercial and 12250 sq.ft. residential. The project offered amenities like Garden, swimming pool etc. The rough turn over of the project was around 3.00 Cr.
  • Shreeji corner – This project of laksh builders and Developer & Shreeji Developers was undertake in the year 2013, at Ulwe When this project was planned it was Mr. Damodher and Mr. Mansukh was jointly decide to puts hands in making the project par excellence. Mr. Damodher took the responsibility of bringing in all the statutory requirements at his own expenses, for the plot including Allotment of the plot, Managing plot owners, Cidco paper work, commencement certificate, Occupancy certificate etc. Mr Mankush on the other hand took responsibility of managing the funds for the project. The project was not only completed in the scheduled time but also buyers were given their houses wel within the timeframe. The 1050 Sq. Mtrs. plot was developed and completed by 2015. 36700 Sq.. saleable area (Commercial 5505 sq & 31195sq residential) was constructed. Rough turnover of the project was 19.85 Cr.
  • Aramus reality – Mr. Mankush wanted a plot in joint venture to develop as Commercial cum Residential Complex. He called upon Mr. Damodher, who agreed to arrange the plot of his choice at is preferred location in Ulwe. Mr. Damother not only came up to his expectation but also agreed to be a part of this project. Together they invested in the project in percentages mutually decided. Mr. Damodher was handed over the responsibility of handling legal requirements of the project. Mr. Mansukh & Mr. Damodher started this projects at ulwe in a promising locality. The investments were made as per mutually decided percentage. The handling of plot owner & all other legal compliance were maganed by Mr. Damodher The plot size being 3250 Sq. Mtrs. Which is a pure residential structure with total saleable area developed is 102200 sq.ft. Amenities like swimming pool, Temple, Garden, Gymnasium, society party hall, indoor game court etc are offered. The total turn over of the project is estimated to be 83 Cr. approximately. ARAMUS GALASSIA clearance etc. The building is come up as a state of art commercial cum residential complex. It was taken up in the year 2014. The project was completed in 2018. It is build on 7400 Sq.Mtrs plot and the total built up saleable area is 266400 Sq.ft. (Commercial 39960sqft & 226440sqft Residential) various amenities like Swimming pools, Lass green garden, Temple, Gymnasium, Jogging tract, indoor game court etc. is given in this project. Aramus reality is a state of art structure appreciated by many. The turn over of this project roughly was 90 Cr
  • Aramus bliss – A project of Gurukripa Dwellers at Ulwe, on a 700sq. Meters. was started in the year 2019 & is still running. Mr. Damodher proved his worth by managing the plot owners & taking care of all statuary requirement of the projects. A total of 25200 sq.ft saleable area is to be developed (Commercial 3780sqft & 21420 sqft Residential). The basic amenities are given. In covid pandemic situation where almost all the construction activity was moving very slow , It was the duo Mr. Mankush and Mr.Damodher who has stuck to their commitment of delivery goods within time & are working hard to complete the same very shortly.
  • Sai Vihar – Sai Vihar an another project of Laksh builders and developers  was taken up in Kharghar. Project started in the year 2014  and completed in the year 2017. This residential  cum commercial complex was build on a 5000 sq. Mtrs. Plot. The total salable area developed was 182000 sq. ft. The project offered amenities like Garden, swimming pool etc. The rough turn over of the project was around 120 Cr.
  • Sai Krupa – This project was taken up in the year 2019 and completed in 2021.The size of this plot is 700 Sq. Mtrs  and the total built up area is 26300 Sq.ft. The total turn over of the project was 15.6Cr.
  • Aramus Galaxia – This project was taken up in the year 2018 and is under way to be completed by early part of 2022.
