He has expertise in managing construction Field requirements like, Arranging plots and construction materials, Handling plot owners, Cidco formalities like Allotments, Agreements, Triparty, Choice of location, CC, OC etc. He is also associated with Gurukrupa Group of Builders and Developers from last ten years and has completed infra projects, details of which are given below.
Mr. Mansukh Leera Verat
He is in the business of Building and Developing from last ten years and associated with Laksh Enterprises, proprietary business of Damodher Acharya. Both of them have experience in the field of infrastructure projects and they have formed this partnership firm to execute, develop and complete the Infra Project of New Natraj CHS Ltd 6th Road, Pestom Sagar, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
